This MASTER LNG SALE AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT (“Master Agreement”), dated as of this 20th day of December, 2016 (the “Effective Date”) is made by and between Centrica LNG Company Limited, a limited liability company organised and existing under the laws of England (“Centric”); and NFE North Trading Limited, a company organised and existing under the laws of Bermuda (“NFE”). Centrica and NFE are sometimes referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”. Capitalised terms used herein or in a Confirmation executed pursuant to this Master Agreement (unless expressly stated otherwise therein) shall have the meaning set forth herein or therein, as applicable.
