BROWARD HOSPITAL DISTRICT (the “Agreement”) is entered into between North Broward Hospital District d/b/a Broward Health, a special tax district of the State of Florida (“Broward Health”), and the Bidder awarded a contract pursuant to the RFP, as defined below (“Consultant”), is entered into as of the date of the last signature of both parties to this Agreement (the “Effective Date”).
