This agreement is entered into this 16 day of May, 2012 by and between the Board of Education of the Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District, hereinafter referred to as “District” and the Association of Placentia-Linda Educators/California Teachers Association/National Education “Association”, hereinafter referred to as “Association”. This agreement shall supersede any rules, regulations or practices of the District which are contrary to or inconsistent with its terms. This Agreement shall remain in effect until June 30, 2013.
