This Marketing Partner Network Agreement (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the date access is first provided to the marketing partner network system(s) (the “System(s)”) by and between Cray Inc., with its principal office located at 901 Fifth Avenue, Suite 1000, Seattle, Washington 98164 (“Cray”), and the designated user of the System(s) (“User”).
