These Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) are between RigNet, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“RigNet”), with its principal office at 15115 Park Row, Suite 300, Houston, Texas, 77084 USA, and, the Customer executing these Terms and Conditions as reflected in the signature block at the end of this document (“Customer”), RigNet and Customer referred to individually as a “Party” and, collectively, as the “Parties”, and is effective as of the later of the dates reflected beneath each Party’s signatures at the end of the agreement for Services (“Effective Date”). Affiliates of RigNet and Customer may agree to the terms of these Terms and Conditions by referencing this agreement as part of any Service Order Agreement entered into between those parties and incorporating by reference the terms of these Terms and Conditions.
