A Mainland investor who alleges that the relevant Macao authority(ies) or institution(s) has/have breached the obligations that are specified in the Investment Agreement under the Mainland and Macao Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement, and that the action in breach of the obligations is related to the Mainland investor or a covered investment of the Mainland investor who or which has thereby suffered from loss or damage may request the DSEDT to provide assistance in mediation referral in accordance with the guidelines set out in the Mediation Mechanism for Investment Disputes.
