This Main Subscription Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between Hyperproof, Inc., a Washington corporation headquartered at 12280 NE District Way, Suite 115, Bellevue, Washington 98005 (“Hyperproof”) and the entity accepting this Agreement (“Customer”).
