Last Updated: October 3, 2023 THIS MAIN SERVICE AGREEMENT (“MSA”) GOVERNS CUSTOMER’S USE OF THE SERVICES. CAPITALISED TERMS IN THIS MSA HAVE THE DEFINITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN. CUSTOMER ACCEPTS TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS MSA BY EXECUTING AN ORDER FORM THAT REFERENCES THIS MSA. THIS MSA IS EFFECTIVE BETWEEN CUSTOMER AND AMPLITUDE AS OF THE DATE CUSTOMER ACCEPTS OR AGREES TO THIS MSA (THE “EFFECTIVE DATE).DEFINITIONS “Affiliate” shall mean, with respect to a party, any entity controlling, controlled by or under common control with such party, where control(including “controlled by” and “under common control with”) means the possession, directly or indirectly, of the power to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of such entity, whether through the ownership of more than 50% of voting securities or other ownership interests, by contract or otherwise. “Agreement” means, collectively, the MSA, the DPA, Order Forms, SOWs (each as defined in this Agreement), and a

This Main Service Agreement, including Appendix A: Equipment Schedule and Appendix B: Service Level Agreement (collectively these "Terms and Conditions") is signed and executed by YCD PETAWATT HOLDINGS LLC (the "Company") and SonicHash LLC (the "Customer")."Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions, escrow service orders filled in each time the equipment is delivered to the place of service, and an acceptable use policy. These Terms and Conditions are incorporated into the managed service order form by reference, as they are fully listed therein. The Company and the Customer confirm and agree that upon signing the Hosting Services Order they will be bound to the provisions of this Agreement. The capital terms not defined in these Terms and Conditions shall have the same meaning in the Hosting Services Order.
