This Agreement, entered into this seventh (7th) day of October 2007 between Albertson=s, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Employer”), and United Food and Commercial Workers Union, Locals 135, 324, 770, 1036, 1167, 1428, and 1442 (hereinafter referred to as “the Union”), is the sole contract between the parties and no oral understanding shall serve to amend this Agreement unless incorporated herein.
