The s106 Agreement defines the Local Lettings Plan as “the guiding principles to be applied as a sensitive lettings and nominations policy for Affordable Housing as set out in Appendix 3.2 to this Deed or as shall be amended by written agreement between the Parties from time to time”

Once agreed these schemes will have their own allocations criteria. LLPs may be applied in addition to any local planning restrictions (contained in agreements made under Section 106 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990) which may be in place but will not override them.
This agreement is between Bradwell Community Land Trust, Peak District Rural Housing Association, Peak District National Park Authority and Derbyshire Dales District CouncilLocal Lettings Plan • February 4th, 2021
This Local Lettings Plan takes into account the planning conditions imposed by the Peak District National Park Authority and the policies of Derbyshire Dales District Council. The Home-Options choice based lettings system will be used to let the homes.
