RESTATED FINANCING LEASE (this "Agreement") is a deed of lease made as of September 20, 2019, between the VIRGINIA RESOURCES AUTHORITY, a public body corporate and a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia ("VRA"), as Lessor, and the DINWIDDIE COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD, a body politic of the Commonwealth of Virginia (the "School Board") and the COUNTY OF DINWIDDIE, VIRGINIA, a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia (the "Local Government"), as Lessees.
