(hereinafter the “Company”, “Employer” or “DHL”), the TEAMSTERS DHL NATIONAL NEGOTIATING COMMITTEE, representing Local Unions affiliated with the INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF TEAMSTERS, and LOCAL UNION 961, AFFILIATED WITH THE INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF TEAMSTERS
