This Reseller Agreement (this "Agreement") is effective the day of 2016 (the "Effective Date") by and between LobbyGuard Solutions, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company with its principal office at 4700 Six Forks Road, Suite 300 ("LobbyGuard"), and a , with its principal place of business at ("Reseller"). In consideration of the mutual covenants, agreements, benefits and obligations set forth herein, the parties hereby agree as follows.
