This OEM Reseller Agreement (this "Agreement") is entered into and effective this day of , 2016 by and between LobbyGuard Solutions, LLC whose principal office is located at 4700 Six Forks Road, Suite 300, Raleigh, North Carolina ("LobbyGuard"), and , whose principal office is at ("Reseller"). Each of Reseller and LobbyGuard may be referred to herein as a "Party", and collectively as the "Parties."
