This Loan and Repayment Agreement (“AGREEMENT”), which supersedes in its entirety the previous Santa Ana Regional Interceptor (SARI) Line Loan and Repayment Agreement entered into between the Parties and labeled for identification purposes as Agreement No. D07-042, is made and entered into this of , 2010, by and between the Orange County Sanitation District (“OCSD”) and the Orange County Flood Control District (“OCFCD”). In this AGREEMENT, OCSD and OCFCD are sometimes individually referred to as “Party” and collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
