As used herein, “Supplier” includes supplier or vendor under any purchase order or other procurement document, or a person from whom a quotation or offer is issued to Customer. “Supplier” shall also include its subsidiaries and affiliates; “Customer” includes Associated Materials, LLC and its subsidiaries and affiliates.
