All events are subject to a minimum sales guarantee of $500.00 per bar during week-days and $800.00 per bar week-ends. If this minimum is not met, the client will be billed for the difference. Minimum of 50 guests for events. A bartender fee of $16.00 per hour applies to all events. Two and a half hours will be added to the event time for set up and clean up for each bartender. One bartender per 100 guests. All bar packages are subject to a 10% service charge and 10.125% Minnesota sales tax. Customer agrees to pay any permit fees required by The State of MN or event Venue. All events are subject to a non-refundable $300 deposit; any payments, partial or full, made prior to the event are also non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
