This LIMITED CONSENT AND FIRST OMNIBUS AMENDMENT (this “Consent and Amendment”) is entered into as of this 28th day of September, 2007 by and among LASALLE BUSINESS CREDIT, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, successor by merger to LaSalle Business Credit, Inc.
