THIS LIGHTSPEED PAYMENTS PLATFORM AGREEMENT, together with the online Lightspeed Merchant Application (“Agreement”), constitutes a binding legal agreement between Lightspeed Payments USA, Inc. (“Lightspeed”) and the business entity (“Merchant”) identified on the Merchant Application submitted by Merchant. Under this Agreement, Lightspeed will make available, via its point-of-sale platform, a fully integrated third-party payments processing solution (“Lightspeed Payments Services”).
