This License, Management and Operations Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Golf Maintenance Solutions 5 W, L.L.C., an Arizona limited liability company (“GMS” or “Licensee”), and the City of Glendale, an Arizona municipal corporation (“City”), to be effective on the 5th Day of March, 2018 (“Effective Date”).
