This License Agreement for Software Development and Distribution ("Agreement") is entered into as of June 30, 2008 (the "Effective Date") by and between Platinum Studios, Inc. ("Platinum"), a California corporation, and Brash Entertainment, LLC ("Licensee"), a Delaware limited liability company.
