This License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between GUADALUPE REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER (“Licensor”), a general acute care hospital located at 1215 E. Court St., Seguin, Texas, 78155; and GUADALUPE COUNTY (“Licensee”), a political subdivision of the State of Texas located at 211 W. Court St., Seguin, Texas 78155, and, collectively referred to herein as “the Parties.”
