THIS SETTLE ENT AGREE NT A.t'ID RELEASE (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") made this 2'$'111" day of May, 2017, by and between the New Jersey Intergovernmental Insurance Fund ("NJnF"), with offices located at NIDF c/o Eric J. Nemeth, General Counsel, Eric J. Nemeth, P.C., 55 Madison Avenue, Suite 400, Morristown, New Jersey 07960 on behalf of the Borough of Roselle Park, a municipal corporation of the State of New Jersey, with offices located at I JO East Westfield Avenue Roselle Park, New Jersey 07204 and Mayor Carl Hokanson (hereinafter joinlly refened to as the '\Defendants") and The American Humanist Association with offices located at 1777 T. Street N.W, Washington, DC 20009 aud Gregory Storey and Charlene Storey residing at 318 Pershing Avenue, Roselle Park, New Jersey (hereinafter collectively referred to herein as "Plaintiffs").
