This Lenovo Agreement for Resellers (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Lenovo (Canada) Inc., a Canadian corporation, having an office at 55 Idema Rd., Markham, Ontario L3R 1A9 (“Lenovo”) and the participant in the Lenovo Partner Network Program (“Reseller”). For the purposes of this Agreement, the term “Lenovo” includes entities that control, are controlled by, or are under common control with Lenovo (Canada) Inc. This Agreement shall be effective on the date the Reseller is approved to be a participant in the Lenovo Partner Network Program.
