Cooney, Scully and Dowling will provide each member of the legal consultation program with up to 1.5 hours of services, consisting of legal analyses, advice or recommendations on issues pertaining to the member’s professional practice of psychology, or business questions arising out of the practice of psychology. They will send you a retainer letter to sign at the time of your first consultation.

THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between ESCAMBIA COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida (hereinafter referred to as the "County"), with administrative offices located at 221 Palafox Place, Pensacola, Florida 32502, and LEGAL SERVICES OF NORTH FLORIDA, INC., a not for profit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Florida (hereinafter referred to as the "Recipient"), with a principal address of 2119 Delta Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32303, and a local address of 1741 North Palafox Street, Pensacola, Florida 32501.
