Road, Byculla, Mumbai-400 008, hereinafter referred to as the “LICENSOR” of the One Part AND M/s ________________, a Company incorporated and registered under the Companies Act, 1956 and having its office at ______________________________________ hereinafter referred to as the “LICENSEE” (which expression shall unless it be repugnant to the context or meaning thereof be deemed to mean and include its successors and assigns) of the Other Part:
