THIS RAD PBV RESIDENTIAL LEASE AGREEMENT (Lease) is between the Chicago Housing Administration LLC (CHA LLC) and/or its property manager(s) and the resident (Resident). The CHA LLC, relying on data provided by the resident about income, deductions from income, preferences, family composition, hous ehol d and housing needs, leases to the resident the dwelling unit described below, executed by the resident and the CHA LLC, subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Lease.
