THIS IS A LEASE (hereinafter referred to as “Lease”) made , 2014, by and between ORANGE COUNTY ROYALE CONVALESCENT HOSPITAL INC. (hereinafter referred to as "LESSOR") and the COUNTY OF ORANGE, a political subdivision of the State of California (hereinafter referred to as "COUNTY") without regard to number and gender. The term "COUNTY" shall mean the Board of Supervisors of the political body that executed this agreement or its authorized representative.
