THIS Lease and Concession Agreement (hereinafter designated as the “Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of , 2015, by and between the CITY OF EL PASO (hereinafter designated as the “Lessor”) and Ruben Holguin Cuellar, dba Rent-A- Chef Catering, a sole proprietorship (hereinafter designated as “Concessionaire”).
