This Lease Acquisition and Participation Agreement (“Agreement”), dated this 22nd day of June, 2011 (the “Effective Date”), is by and between Fort Peck Energy Company, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Seller”), and SAMSON OIL AND GAS USA MONTANA, INC., a Colorado corporation (“Buyer”).
