Effective _______________, __________________, hereinafter referred to as “Landlord” agrees to partner with The Kings/Tulare Homeless Alliance, hereinafter referred to as “Program Administrator” and approved Mitigation Fund Participating Agencies, hereinafter referred to as “Participating Agencies” to extend housing opportunities for homeless individuals and families as part of the Landlord Mitigation Fund, hereinafter referred to as “Mitigation Fund”.
