UTAC Holdings Ltd. – Land Lease Contract for the Science and Industry Park Administration (20 Years) (July 15th, 2015)

Whereas Party B is a public institution, research institute, incubation development center, branch of the authorities, or industrial and commercial business agency approved by Party A in compliance with Article IV or Article VIII of Regulations for the Management of the Science and Industry Park, it is hereby agreed that Party A shall lease land in the Science and Industry Park, as specified in Article 1 (hereinafter the Contracted Land), to Party B, under the following terms and conditions:

China Southern Airlines Company – Land Lease Contract (April 26th, 2013)

In accordance with the legal and regulatory requirements under the "Law of Land Administration of the People's Republic of China" , this contract regarding land leasing was entered between China Southern Air Holding Company and China Southern Airlines Company Limited on the basis of equality, voluntariness and consideration through friendly negotiation.

Tanke Biosciences Corp – Land Lease Contract (August 24th, 2011)

On November 21st, 2003, party A and party B signed the Land Lease Agreement and mutually agreed that Party A shall have the right and obligations to handle transition of Land-Use Right certificate and change of land status. BTHC XV, Inc. – Land Lease Contract (November 4th, 2010)

Through a consultation among Party B and Party A and villager representative, Party A agrees to lease the Land (describing in Article) to Party B as to developing the tourism; In accordance with the county land collecting act of People's Republic of China and the contract regulation of Shandong rural collective operating, both parties agrees to sign the contract and commit to abide by it.

Le Gaga Holdings – Land Lease Contract (October 8th, 2010)

In accordance with the relevant laws, regulations and policies of the Peoples Republic of China currently in force, Party A agrees to lease out an arable land and ancillary facilities to Party B for its operation. Party A undertakes that Party B shall, during the term of the lease, be entitled to the land use right of the leased land or obtain the leasing right of the leased land according to law. Party B undertakes that it agrees to lease the land mentioned above from Party A and guarantees its lawful operation.

ONE Bio, Corp. – Land Lease Contract (June 2nd, 2010)

To develop the bioengineering industry and to promote the modernized development of herbal medicine/traditional Chinese medicine, the Parties have agreed to enter into this contract on Party B's leasing the plot to Party A as Polygonum cuspidatum cultivation base, following full consultation on the principle of mutual benefits. Sino Clean Energy Inc. – Land Lease Contract (April 9th, 2010)

In accordance with Contract Law and other related laws and regulations, with regard to the matter that Party A leases the land of 7,400 square meters in Wenguantun, Qianjin Town, Dongling District, Shenyang City to Party B for the project of constructing a coal-water slurry fuel plant, Party A and Party B, based on the principles of self volition, equality and mutual benefit, through negotiation, agree as follows:

ONE Bio, Corp. – Land Lease Contract (April 8th, 2010)

Party B shall comply with applicable rules and regulations promulgated by the land, construction, environmental protection and fire control administrations when proceeding with infrastructure construction on the plot. The boundary wall adjacent to National Highway 205 shall be segmented with perspective walls. The building intervals shall be 1:1 and the vegetation coverage shall be over 30%.

Tianli Agritech – Translation of Side Agreement Related to Land Lease Contract Mingxiang (March 17th, 2010)

Party A is willing to rent the land of 110 Mu contract rented by Liji Town Rongzhai Village to Party B for cultivation development. Besides two parties have already entered a Land Tenancy Agreement of Huangpi District; concerning the pertinent matters, the following issues are hereby agreed by consensus:

Tianli Agritech – Side Agreement Related to Land Lease Contract - Jinmu (March 17th, 2010)

Party A is willing to rent the semi-hillside land in front of Qianjin elementary school to Party B for cultivation development. Besides two parties have already entered a Land Tenancy Agreement of Caidian District; concerning the pertinent matters, the following issues are hereby agreed by consensus:

According to Law of the Peoples Republic of China on Land Contract in Rural Areas and Contract Law of the Peoples Republic of China and other relevant laws and regulations, the contract on rental affairs of rural land contracted operation rights is concluded between the Party A and the Party B on the basis of consensus:

Tianli Agritech – Land Lease Contract - Zhulin (March 17th, 2010)

Contractee collectively agreed and with approval by the town government willing to contract the village reservoir and surrounding part of the dry-land to the contractor for construction of hoggery. Contractee and Contractor have signed the contract and agreed on the terms and conditions stipulated below:

In response to the policy of enriching the people and through full negotiation, Party A has decided to lease to Party B the land classified into the four-wild land and possessed by Dawan Community, Qunyi Village, Wangjiahe Town for breed-farm use so as to stimulate the economy and benefit local peasant household. Party A and Party B have signed the contract and agreed on the terms and conditions stipulated below.

Tianli Agritech – Land Lease Contract - Nanyan (March 17th, 2010)

In response to the policy of enriching the people and through full negotiation, Party A has decided to lease to Party B the land classified into the four types of wasteland and possessed by Dawan Community, Qunyi Village, Wangjiahe Town for breed-farm use so as to stimulate the economy and benefit local peasant household. Party A and Party B have signed the contract and agreed on the terms and conditions stipulated below.

Tianli Agritech – Land Lease Contract - Fengze (March 17th, 2010)

After mutual consideration, Party A has decided to lease some of its land to Party B that include part of barren hill and surrounding dry-land for breed-farm use. Through full negotiation, Party A and Party B have signed the contract and agreed on the terms and conditions stipulated below so as to ensure the lawful rights and interests of both parties.

Tianli Agritech – Land Lease Contract - Jinmu (March 17th, 2010)

In order to promote the economic development, after Party A and Party Bs negotiation, Party A agrees to lease hilly land which is near Qianjin Primary School to Party B for construction of hoggery with ten thousand pigs, on the basis of mutual benefit and equal consultations, the contract is concluded for the purpose of joint compliance by both parties.

Tianli Agritech – Side Agreement Related to Land Lease Contract Nanyan (March 17th, 2010)

Party A is willing to rent the Four-Wild land in Wangjihe Town Dawan Union to Party B for cultivation development. Besides two parties have already entered a Land Tenancy Agreement; concerning the pertinent matters, the following issues are hereby agreed by consensus:

Party A is willing to rent a land of 150 Mu in its original rice farm to Party B for cultivation development. Besides two parties have already entered a Land Tenancy Agreement; concerning the pertinent matters, the following issues are hereby agreed by consensus:

Tianli Agritech – Translation of Land Lease Contract Huajian a & B (March 17th, 2010)

After mutual consideration, Party A has decided to lease some of its land to Party B. Through full negotiation, Party A and Party B have signed the contract and agreed on the terms and conditions stipulated below so as to ensure the lawful rights and interests of both parties.

Yuhe International Inc – Land Lease Contract (December 19th, 2008)

Based on equality, mutual benefit and compensated use, Shandong Weibei Farm ("Party A") and Weifang Yuhe Poultry Co., Ltd ("Party B") entered into this contract with regard to matters related to Party B leasing land from Party A.
