This Agreement is effective as of the date last signed below, by and between the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, 104 University Circle, Lafayette, LA 70503, USA (hereinafter referred to as “UL Lafayette”) and ______________________________ (hereinafter referred to as “Recipient Institution”). UL Lafayette and Recipient Institution may be referred to collectively as the “Parties”.
