This License Agreement (“Agreement”) creates a binding legal agreement between the person, company or organization (“you”) that desires to license and use the Smart Pump Alert System (“System”) and Eco-Flo Systems, Inc., an Ohio corporation (“Eco-Flo”, “we”, “us” or “our”). This Agreement will govern your access to and use of the System, which includes the firmware and software contained in our wireless enabled pumps, alarms, and sensors (“Devices”) and the ‘Smart Pump’ Alert Application made available by us to communicate with the Devices (“Mobile Application”), as well as their respective internet-based services, features, content, and functionality.
