This Agreement governs Customer’s use and Kudoz’s delivery of the software solutions owned by Kudoz or an Affiliate of Kudoz and further detailed in Exhibits B (collectively the "Service"). Customer agrees that Customer’s subscription to the Service is not contingent on the delivery of any future functionality or features, or dependent on any oral or written public comments made by Kudoz regarding future functionality or features.
