WHEREAS, Kryptronic owns, licenses and provides e-commerce services and software worldwide through it’s Internet site and affiliate partnerships, including ClickCartPro™, and other Software Products as further defined below (“Services”) and; WHEREAS, Reseller desires to market the Services to companies and individuals alike for the express purpose of providing internet and e-commerce services to the end users (“Customers”). THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants herein and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:
