This Subscription Agreement constitutes the agreement ("Agreement") between Kraus Electronics Systems Inc ("we," "us" or "Kraus Electronics Systems Inc") and the user ("you," "user" or "Customer") of Kraus Electronics Systems Inc's residential and small business communications services and any related products or services ("Service"). This Agreement governs both the Service and any devices, such as a Multimedia Terminal Adapter, Analog Telephone Adapter or any other IP connection device ("Device" or "Equipment"), used in conjunction with the Service and it applies to all lines on each Kraus Electronics Systems Inc account. This Agreement shall be effective as of the date it is signed by Kraus Electronics Systems Inc (the “Effective Date”).
