The Board of Education of the Calumet, Laurium and Keweenaw Public Schools, hereinafter “Board”, hereby recognizes the Calumet Education Association, hereinafter “Association”, as the exclusive bargaining representative as defined in Section 1(1)(a) of the Michigan Public Employment Relations Act, MCL 423.201 et seq, for all regularly employed certified teaching personnel, but excluding teachers not normally under contract, non-certified personnel and personnel who have supervisory or executive authority.
