This MASTER LICENSE AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT together with any Order Form attached hereto is made as of the date of execution of the applicable Order Form (the “Effective Date”) and comprises the entire agreement (the “Agreement”) by and between Kaltura, Inc. (“Kaltura”), and the entity accepting the terms of the Agreement via a signed Order Form (“Licensee”). Kaltura and Licensee are sometimes referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
