In consideration of the mutual covenants, provisions and agreements set forth herein, this Agreement (the “Contract”) is entered into on (December 15, 2022) between The School Board of the City of Virginia Beach (“The Virginia Beach City Public Schools” or “VBCPS” or “School Board”), and Wenger Corporation (also known as the “Contractor”) a Stock Corporation whose address is 555 Park Drive, Owatonna, MN, 55060-4940) for the purpose of providing the services set forth herein.
