This JUNE 2020 MODIFICATION OF LOAN DOCUMENTS (this “Modification”), effective as of June 11, 2020, by and among TANGER PROPERTIES LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a North Carolina limited partnership (the “Borrower”), TANGER FACTORY OUTLET CENTERS, INC., a North Carolina corporation (“Guarantor”), BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., a national banking association, in its capacity as administrative agent (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”) and as the L/C Issuer (in such capacity, the “L/C Issuer”), the Joint Bookrunners, Joint Lead Arrangers, Syndication Agent, Documentation Agents, and Managing Agent, each as noted on the cover page to the Credit Agreement referenced below, and the institutions from time to time parties thereto as lenders (the “Lenders”) under that certain Third Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of January 9, 2018 (as the same may have been from time to time amended, restated, extended, supplemented or otherwise modified prior to the date hereof, the “Credit Agreement”
