(“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between HYRUM CITY, a Utah municipal corporation (“HYRUM”), and MILLVILLE CITY, a Utah municipal corporation, (“MILLVILLE”). HYRUM and MILLVILLE may also be referred individually as a “City” or a “Party,” or jointly as the “Cities” or the “Parties.”
