The Bank (formerly known as Bay Commercial Bank) and the Insured previously entered into a Joint Beneficiary Agreement with respect to the above-referenced Policy(ies) effective January 1, 2014 (the “Prior Agreement”), and this Amended and Restated Joint Beneficiary Agreement (the “Agreement”) amend and restates, and supersedes in its entirety, the Prior Agreement.
