This JetBrains Plugin Marketplace Agreement (”Agreement“) governs the use of JetBrains Plugin Marketplace service. By accepting this Agreement (you do that by clicking the ”I agree” or a similar button, or by accessing or using JetBrains Plugin Marketplace), you are entering into a legal agreement and confirm that you understand it, that you agree with it, and that you are at least 13 years of age. If you accept these Terms on behalf of an organization, you confirm (’represent and warrant’) that you are authorized to enter into agreements on behalf of that organization. If these Terms are accepted using an email address provided by a legal entity, we will regard (’deem’) you as authorized to represent that organization. You must be able to enter into contracts (’have capacity’).
