This Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “ISA-TP Agreement” or this “Agreement”) is made as of the day of , 2001, by and between Arizona Public Service Company (the “Transmission Provider” or “TP”) and the Arizona Independent Scheduling Administrator Association (the “Az ISA”). The TP and the Az ISA are herein referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
