This Amended and Restated Intermediate Pipelines Agreement (this “Agreement”) is dated as of June 1, 2009, by and among Holly Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“Holly”), Navajo Refining Company, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company (formerly Navajo Refining Company, L.P.)
