THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of , 2019, by and between , a municipality and political subdivision of the State of Utah, hereinafter called “City,” and UTOPIA, an interlocal entity of the State of Utah created pursuant to the Interlocal Cooperation Act, Utah Code Section 11-13-101 et seq., hereinafter called “UTOPIA.” City and UTOPIA are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
