This agreement made and entered into this day of , 2003, by and between the DAVIS SCHOOL DISTRICT, a political subdivision of the State of Utah, which shall be called the “ District” in this agreement, and DAVIS COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Utah, which shall be called the “County” in this agreement.
