The Intercompany Service Agreement, the Intercompany Services Agreement (Agreement), effective as of 2014 (Effective Date), is concluded by ACME, Ltd., organized in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel (ACME) and ServiceCo, Inc., a company organized under U.S. Law (SERVICECO). The aforementioned parties should be individually called the party and collectively the parties. Intellectual License Agreement of Intercompany Property - Immergence Corp. and MicroScribe LLC INTERCOMPANY PROPERTIES INTELLETTUAL LICENSE ACCORDO IMMERSION CORPORATION AND MICROSCRIBE, LLC This Intellectual Property License Agreement (the agreement) is between and between Immersion Corporation, a California company, with an office at 2158 Paragon RECITALS A. Licensor is the owner of some intellectual property rights related to 3D digitization. B. The parties want Licensor to grant a licence for immersion for MicroScribe technology under the Rights of MicroScribe Intellectual Property to allow the Immersion to produce, market and sell 3D digitization technology products, on the terms and conditions indicated below.
