The Department of Natural Resources (Grantor), with its principal office at One Natural Resources Way, Springfield Illinois 62702-1271, and Village of Oswego (Grantee), with its principal office at 100 Parkers Mill, Oswego Il 60543 and payment address (if different than principal office) at 100 Parkers Mill, Oswego Il 60543 hereby enter into this Inter-governmental Grant Agreement (Agreement), pursuant to the Intergovernmental Cooperation Act, 5 ILCS 220/1 et seq. Grantor and Grantee are collectively referred to herein as “Parties” or individually as a “Party.”
